Randall Neff holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. He started programming computers in 1967, and worked at large and small companies, including NASA AMES and a DARPA project. He co-founded and co-owned for six years a Science Fiction / Fantasy / Mystery bookstore, and volunteered at the Computer History Museum from 2001 to 2016 as tour docent, archiving, exhibit maintenance. Randall created publications for a Tech Conference for 10 years. He also volunteered at the Family Giving Tree, backpacks and school supplies (August) and holiday gifts (December), from 2001 to 2010. Randall moved from Palo Alto to Windsor in 2011. He represents the Town of Windsor on the Library Commission.
