Request an update to My Account

The Library notifies you if materials you have requested arrive at your branch, or if materials you have borrowed are late. Use this form to send us an email requesting a change from phone to email notices, or vice versa, or to request an update to your email address or phone number. You can also send a request to change the PIN for logging into your library account.

NOTE: Changes requested through this form can take several days.
When you click the Send button, this form will email your request to Library staff. If you prefer, you can visit the checkout desk at your local library and ask the staff to make the change. Changes made at the checkout desk take effect right away.

Important Note: To receive notices by email, please be sure to add notice@sonoma.lib.ca.us to your email address book or to the "allowed senders" or "whitelist." Otherwise your mail service may reject notices from the Library. If your email service rejects our notices, we will set your account to phone notification.
