Located in the Central Santa Rosa Library Annex, which is open from Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 6:00 p.m., this collection provides answers to questions on Sonoma County history and genealogy.

Petaluma Regional Library History Room

Photo Archive

Over 26,000 historical photographs are housed in the Local History Collection at the Annex, many of them cataloged in our online catalog. For more information, contact Tony Hoskins in the Local History Annex.

Sonoma County Wine Library

Located in the Healdsburg Regional Library, the Wine Library serves as a business and technical library to the area wine industry, as an archive of local wine history, and as a collection for wine research open to the general public. To assist you with wine-related questions or in locating resources, contact the Wine Librarian.
